NEW DELHI, October 28, 2024—Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee president Shri Devender Yadav formally launched the Delhi Nyay Yatra in the presence of thousands of Congress workers and leaders at the Speaker Hall, Constitution Club, Rafi Marg, today. Shri Devender Yadav said that the month-long Nyay Yatra, emulating the historic over 4000km Bharat Jodo Yatra of Shri Rahul Gandhi from Kanyakumari to Srinagar to protect the Constitution and save Democracy, will begin from the Gandhi Samadhi at Rajghat on November 8, 2024. Former DPCC president and ex-MP Shri Jai Prakash Agarwal launched the Nyay Yatra logo while  former DPCC president and ex-Speaker of  Delhi Assembly Shri Subhash Chopra launched the Nyay Yatra T-shirt. Former DPCC president Ch. Anil Kumar said a vote of thanks. A video on the failures of the Aam Aadmi Party Government was also screened, which will be played during  the  Nyay Yatra to expose the corruption and betrayal of the Kejriwal Government.

 

Shri Devender Yadav said  that the Delhi Nyay Yatra will be held in four phases. The first  phase, starting from Chandni Chowk and covering 16 Assembly segments before concluding at Shalimar Bagh, will be held from November 8 to 13; the second phase  from November 15 to 20, covering 18 Assembly segments from Karawal Nagar to Jangpura; the third phase from November 22 to 27, from Badarpur  to Dwarka, covering 16 Assembly segments; the fourth and last phase from November 29 to December 4 from Hari Nagar to Timarpur, covering 20 Assemblies. He aid that around 250-300 Congress workers will participate in the Yatra in  each segment  round the clock, with night halts at Ambedkar Bhawan, Karol Bagh-1, Dilshad Garden-2, Kalkaji and Rajouri Garden. Chairman of the Communications Department and ex-MLA Shri Anil Bhardwaj moderated the function.

 

Outlining the aim and objective of the Nyay Yatra, Shri Devender Yadav said that  Congress workers  will closely interact with the people to understand their problems and find solutions to their long-standing issues. He said that in the past 11 years none of the issues affecting the people was addressed by  the Kejriwal Government, which came to power by making rosy promises, but ended up looting the  public without fulfilling any of the promises. He said that neither the Modi Government fulfilled its promises.

 

Shri Devender Yadav said that Modi came to power vowing to end price rise, unemployment and  strengthen the country, but did nothing in his 11 years as PM. He said that for the past few years Modiji  has been making attempts to weaken the Constitution to enforce one-sided justice to put the livelihood of  95 per cent of the  population in  difficulty. Similarly, he said, Arvind Kejriwal also sold big dreams to the people only to betray them after twice winning the Delhi Assembly elections with absolute majority. He said that Kejriwal destroyed the Capital, which was carefully developed as a green and clean world class city by the Sheila Dikshit Government during the 15-year Congress rule. He said that Kejriwal only made “free promises, no delivery”.

Shri Devender Yadav said that people were now looking upto the Congress party to come to power in the upcoming Assembly elections in Delhi, as people have put their  trust and faith in the Congress slogan, “Haath Badlega Halath”.

 

Shri Devender Yadav said that the corruption of the AAP Government was so deep-rooted  that leaders of AAP, including  Kejrwial, were put behind bars, and around 30 MLAs were facing serious corruption and criminal cases, yet Kejriwal was trying to put up a brave face. He said that Kejriwal was granted bail by the Supreme Court with the  rider that he would not enter the Chief Minister’s office nor sign any official documents, thus making his continuation as the CM redundant, forcing him to quit.

 

 Shri Devender Yadav said that Kejriwal came to power making many big promises like introducing the Lokpal Bill, controlling price rise, free power and water, but people have ended up paying inflated power bills with the power distribution companies arbitrarily imposing various surcharges because of which the power per unit, which was Rs 5 when Congress was in power, going upto  Rs 10 per unit. He said that instead of free water, the water supply was controlled by the tanker and bottling mafia, forcing people to purchase potable water, and all of Kejriwal’s promises were made  without any itent to fulfil.

अनिल विज को मरवाने की साजिश रचने वाले अधिकारियो को चुनाव आयोग बर्खास्त करे: वीरेश शांडिल्य

 

वीरेश शांडिल्य ने अनिल विज की हत्या की साजिश को बताया प्रशासनिक आतंकवाद, भेजी ईसीआई को शिकायत 

चंडीगढ़ । एंटी टेरोरिस्ट फ्रंट इंडिया व विश्व हिन्दू तख्त प्रमुख वीरेश शांडिल्य ने भारत के चुनाव आयोग से अंबाला के उन अधिकारियों को बर्खास्त करने की मांग की जिन्होंने विधानसभा चुनावों में हरियाणा के पूर्व गृह मंत्री व वर्तमान में सातवीं बार विधायक और हरियाणा सरकार में बिजली, परिवहन व श्रम मंत्री अनिल विज को मरवाने की साजिश रची। वीरेश शांडिल्य ने इलेक्शन कमीशन ऑफ इंडिया सहित भारत के राष्ट्रपति व देश के गृह मंत्री को पत्र लिख कर कहा कि हरियाणा के पूर्व गृह मंत्री और वर्तमान कैबिनेट मंत्री अनिल विज ने मीडिया में खुलासा किया कि उन्हें चुनावों में प्रशासन द्वारा मरवाने की साजिश रची गई जो आरोप गंभीर हैं और चुनाव आयोग को इस पर शांत नहीं बैठना चाहिए क्योंकि चुनावों की घोषणा के बाद इलेक्शन कमीशन ऑफ इंडिया आचार संहिता लगा देता है उसके बाद सारा प्रशासन चुनाव आयोग के अधीन निष्पक्ष काम करता है लेकिन अनिल विज की उन जन सभाओं में असामाजिक तत्वों ने प्रशासन की शह पर हमले किए जबकि अनिल विज के मुताबिक उन्होंने चुनाव आयोग से लिखित अनुमति ली हुई थी लेकिन जिला प्रशासन ने उनकी जनसभाओं में सुरक्षा का कोई इंतजाम नहीं किया जो एक बड़ी साजिश है।

 एंटी टेरोरिस्ट फ्रंट इंडिया के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष वीरेश शांडिल्य ने इसे प्रशासनिक आतंकवाद बताया और सीधे चुनाव आयोग को अधिकारियों ने चुनौती दी और निष्पक्ष चुनाव करवाने की बजाए किसी पार्टी का एजेंट बनकर प्रशासन ने काम किया जो उच्च स्तरीय जांच का विषय है। इस पर देश की तमाम राजनीतिक पार्टियों को सर्वदलीय बैठक बुलानी चाहिए ऐसी घटना किसी भी पार्टी के उम्मीदवार के साथ हो सकती है जब हरियाणा के पूर्व गृह मंत्री ही सुरक्षित नहीं तो आम उम्मीदवारों के साथ काली भेड़ों के रूप में कितनी ज्यादती करते होंगे। और ऐसे अधिकारियों को इलेक्शन कमीशन ऑफ इंडिया चुनावी र्वकिंग से डीबार करें। एफआईआर दर्ज कर उन प्रशासनिक अधिकारियों को बर्खास्त करें जो अनिल की विधानसभा चुनावों में हत्या की साजिश रचवा रहे थे एंटी टेरोरिस्ट फ्रंट इंडिया इसको लेकर जनहित याचिका दायर करेगी।

एचकेआरएन कर्मचारियों से वायदा कर फिर भूल गई प्रदेश की भाजपा सरकार: कुमारी सैलजा

 चुनाव देखकर जनता के हाथों में आश्वासन और झूठी घोषणाओं का झुनझुना थमा देती है भाजपा

चंडीगढ़, 25 अक्तूबर। 

अखिल भारतीय कांग्रेस कमेटी की महासचिव, पूर्व केंद्रीय मंत्री एवं सिरसा की सांसद कुमारी सैलजा ने कहा कि भाजपा सरकार मतदाताओं को लुभाने के लिए घोषणा तो कर देती है पर बाद में उसे लागू करना भूल जाती है, इसलिए भाजपा सरकार को झूठी घोषणाएं करने वाली सरकार कहा जाने लगा है। चुनाव से पूर्व सरकार ने हरियाणा कौशल रोजगार निगम (एचकेआरएन) के 1.20 लाख कर्मचारियों के वेतन में 08 प्रतिशत की बढ़ोतरी जिलावार कैटेगरी के हिसाब से करने की घोषणा की थी कि पर ऐसा हुआ कुछ भी नहीं है। दूसरी ओर अन्य कर्मचारियों की भांति एचकेआरएन कर्मचारियों को दिवाली पर बोनस या एडवांस तक देने की कोई घोषणा नहीं की गई है।

मीडिया को जारी बयान में कुमारी सैलजा ने कहा कि जब कांग्रेस ने घोषणा की थी कि उसकी सरकार आने पर एचकेआरएन कर्मचारियों को नियमित किया जाएगा तो प्रदेश की भाजपा सरकार ने हरियाणा कौशल रोजगार निगम (एचकेआरएन) के 1.20 लाख कर्मचारियों के लिए खुशखबरी देते हुए घोषणा की थी कि उनके वेतन में 8 प्रतिशत की बढ़ोतरी की है। जो पहली जुलाई से लागू होगी। वेतन में वृद्धि जिलावार कैटेगरी के हिसाब से की जाएगी। सरकार ने घोषणा की थी कि 15 अगस्त 2024 तक कच्ची नौकरी में पांच साल पूरा करने वाले कर्मचारियों मानदेय के अतिरिक्त 5 प्रतिशत मिलेगा। 10 साल वाले को 10 प्रतिशत और 15 साल वाले को 15 प्रतिशत मिलेगा। उन्होंने कहा कि आउटसोर्स और एचकेआरएन के तहत लगे 1 लाख 20 हजार कर्मचारियों का इसका फायदा मिलेगा। साथ ही सरकार ने कैटेगरी बनाई थी। कैटेगरी-एक में गुरुग्राम, फरीदाबाद, पंचकूला, सोनीपत, दिल्ली व चंडीगढ़,  कैटेगरी-2 में पानीपत, झज्जर, पलवल, करनाल, अंबाला, हिसार, रोहतक, रेवाड़ी, कुरुक्षेत्र, कैथल, यमुनानगर, भिवानी व जींद और कैटेगरी-3 में महेंद्रगढ़, फतेहाबाद, सिरसा, नूंह व चरखी-दादरी शामिल किए गए थे।

उन्होंने कहा कि एचकेआरएन कर्मचारियों को लुभाने के लिए सरकार ने घोषणा तो कर डाली पर उसे अमल करना भूल गई, इन कर्मचारियों को आज भी इस बात की प्रतीक्षा है कि उनका बढ़ा हुआ वेतन कब मिलेगी, कब सरकार उन पर मेहरबानी दिखाएगी या सरकार ने उनके हाथ में फिर से झुनझुना तो नहीं थमा दिया। जब सरकार जनता से किया गया कोई वायदा पूरा नहीं करती तो जनता के भरोसे को चोट पहुंचती है। उन्होंने कहा कि ऐसा लग रहा है कि भाजपा सरकार खुद का स्वार्थ पूरा करने के लिए जनता का प्रयोग करती है और बाद में जनता को पहचानने से भी इंकार कर देती है।  उन्होंने कहा कि एचकेआरएन के माध्यम से सरकार पहले से युवाओं का शोषण कर रही है, समान काम समान वेतन की धारणा को ताक पर रखकर सरकार आर्थिक शोषण करने में लगी हुई है। जब प्रदेश में दो लाख पद खाली है तो सरकार पक्की भर्ती पर इन पदों को भर सकती थी पर सरकार ने ऐसा न करके एचकेआरएन के तहत भर्ती की। जनता का पैसा जनता को देने में आखिर भाजपा सरकार का क्या परेशान है। उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार को अपना वायदा पूरा करते हुए एचकेआरएन कर्मचारियों के साथ न्याय करना चाहिए।

ਅੱਜ ਇਥੇ ਮੀਡੀਆ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਸਰਦਾਰ ਕਾਲਕਾ ਤੇ ਸਰਦਾਰ ਕਾਹਲੋਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਬਹੁਤ ਹੈਰਾਨੀ ਵਾਲੀ ਗੱਲ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਤੇ ਸਿੱਖ ਕੌਮ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਦਿਆਂ ਲਈ ਲੜਨ ਵਾਲੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਭਾਵੇਂ ਉਹ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਦੇ ਹੋਣ ਜਾਂ ਐਮਰਜੰਸੀ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਸੰਘਰਸ਼ ਹੋਵੇ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ 104 ਸਾਲ ਪੁਰਾਣੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਨੇ ਮੋਹਰੀ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਲੜਾਈ ਲੜੀ ਹੈ ਪਰ ਹੁਣ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਜ਼ਿਮਨੀ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਲੜਨ ਤੋਂ ਹੀ ਭੱਜ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। 

ਉਹਨਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦਾ ਇਹ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਸਾਬਤ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦਾ ਅਕਸ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਥੱਲੇ ਆ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜੋ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਕਦੇ ਕੌਮ ਤੇ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਦਿਆਂ ’ਤੇ ਸੰਘਰਸ਼ ਕਰਦੀ ਸੀ ਅੱਜ ਉਹ ਚਾਰ ਸੀਟਾਂ ’ਤੇ ਜ਼ਿਮਨੀ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਵੀ ਲੜਨ ਤੋਂ ਭੱਜ ਗਈ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਡੀ ਗਿਰਾਵਟ ਹੋਰ ਕੋਈ ਨਹੀਂ ਆ ਸਕਦੀ।

ਉਹਨਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਬਹੁਤ ਹੈਰਾਨੀ ਵਾਲੀ ਗੱਲ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜਿਸ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਵਿਚ ਐਮ ਪੀ ਹੋਣ ਤੇ ਐਮ ਐਲ ਏ ਵੀ ਹੋਣ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਲੜਨ ਤੋਂ ਭੱਜ ਜਾਵੇ, ਇਹ ਬਹੁਤ ਹੀ ਸ਼ਰਮਨਾਕ ਵਰਤਾਰਾ ਹੈ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਬੇਸ਼ੱਕ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਸਰਦਾਰ ਸੁਖਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਦਲ ਨੂੰ ਤਨਖਾਹੀਆ ਕਰਾਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਪਰ ਕੋਰ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਜਾਂ ਵਰਕਿੰਗ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੇ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਨੇ ਸਾਬਤ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਸਾਰੇ ਸਿਰਫ ਡੰਮੀ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਹਨ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਨੇ ਅੱਜ ਐਲਾਨ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਕਿਸੇ ਲਾਇਕ ਵੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਜੋ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਲੜ ਸਕਣ।

ਉਹਨਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਸਪਸ਼ਟ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਭਾਵੇਂ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਹੋਵੇ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਮਾਨਤ ਜ਼ਬਤ ਹੋਣੀ ਤੈਅ ਹੈ। 

ਉਹਨਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਬਹੁਤ ਹੀ ਸ਼ਰਮਨਾਕ ਗੱਲ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਦੇ 7 ਮੈਂਬਰੀ ਵਫਦ ਨੇ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਕਾਲ ਤਖਤ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੇ ਜਥੇਦਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਮੁਲਾਕਾਤ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਵਾਸਤੇ ਤਰਲੇ ਕੱਢੇ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਹੋਰ ਵੀ ਸ਼ਰਮਨਾਕ ਗੱਲ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੇ ਆਗੂ ਮਨਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੀ ਕੇ ਤੇ ਪਰਮਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਰਨਾ ਵੀ ਅੱਜ ਦੀ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਵਿਚ ਕੁਝ ਵੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਬੋਲ ਸਕੇ।

ਉਹਨਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੇ ਇਸ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਵਰਕਰਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਬਹੁਤ ਵੱਡਾ ਰੋਸ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਆਉਂਦੇ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਵੇਗਾ।

NEW DELHI, October 24, 2024—Aam Aadmi Party leader from North East Delhi Islam Malik, along with a large number of his supporters, accompanied by ex-MLA Shri Hassan Ahmed and former DPCC vice-president Shri Ali Mehndi, today joined the Delhi Congress in the presence of Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee president Shri Devender Yadav, who gave them the Congress scarfs to welcome them into the party fold.

NEW DELHI, October 20, 2024—Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee president Shri Devender Yadav today inaugurated four Rajiv Gandhi Sewa Kendras at the Badli Assembly constituency in the presence of a large number of local people to directly connect with the public and serve them, by helping them get Aadhaar card, Pan card, Caste certificate, Income certificate, and many other important documents.  

 

Addressing the gathering, Shri Devender Yadav said that the Aam Aadmi Party Government in Delhi had kept itself away from the problems of the public by operating through an army of  dalals and middlemen to be totally alienated from the ground reality because of which  people were in a dilemma how to solve  their problems. He said that people have become totally disillusioned with the corrupt and incompetent Kejriwal Government, which had failed to address the core issues affecting the city and its residents, other than blaming others for Kejriwal’s failures.

 

Shri Devender Yadav asserted that the Rajiv Gandhi Kendras inaugurated at the main chowk, Samaipur, Veer Bazar Chowk, Rana Park, 3 Jahangirpuri C-965 and Gurjar Chowk, Bhalswa Dairy will be highly beneficial to the public of the area.

 

Shri Devender Yadav said that Kejriwal, Manish Sisodia, Satyender Jain and Sanjay Singh were jailed for corruption, but after coming out of jail they were alleging that they were sent to jail without any reason, which amounts to challenging the evidence before the courts against them. He said that AAP had sworn by honesty and transparency, but it has proved to be the most corrupt. He said that Kejriwal has been lamenting that the Lt. Governor was not allowing his Government to function, and he would blame the LG for all his faults, failures and non-performances, without admitting that he was incompetent to provide good governance. He asked what was the point in electiong such corrupt people to power who cannot do anything for the benefit of the people or for the development of Delhi? He said that Kejriwal had promised to  eradicate corruption, but the Supreme Court gave him bail with stringent conditions that he cannot  attend the CM office or sign any files.

 

Shri Devender Yadav said that the public believed in the hollow promises of Kejriwal and elected AAP to power twice, but slowly and surely,  the public realized that Kejriwal only made promises without delivering, as the focus of him and his Ministers were how to make  deals like the liquor scam.

नई दिल्ली 18 अक्टूबर: दिल्ली सिख गुरुद्वारा प्रबन्धक कमेटी धर्म प्रचार के चेयरमैन जसप्रीत सिंह करमसर के कैनेडा दौरे के दौरान ब्रैम्टन की विश्व पंजाबी सभा द्वारा दिल्ली कमेटी में बतौर धर्म प्रचार के क्षेत्र में निभाई जा रही सेवाओं के लिए उनका ना सिर्फ शानदार स्वागत किया गय बल्कि स्वागत समारोह के दौरान करमसर के द्वारा दिए गये भाषण से मौजूद सिख बुद्धिजीवी खासे प्रभावित हुए और करमसर को अपना गुरु मान लिया। सः जसप्रीत सिंह करमसर ने विश्व पंजाबी संस्था ब्रैम्टन के सदस्यों के साथ साथ सभी प्रवासी पंजाबीयों को आभार प्रकट किया जिनके द्वारा उन्हें सम्मानिन्त किया गया।

सः जसप्रीत सिंह करमसर ने बताया कि वह अपने व्यवसायिक दौरे पर कैनेडा के ब्रैम्पटन शहर पहुंचे थे जहां पर विश्व पंजाबी सभा के द्वारा उन्हें सम्मानिन्त किया गया। उन्होंने बताया कि संस्था के चेयरमैन डा दलबीर सिंह कथूरिया जिन्होंने अपने जीवनकाल में पंजाबीयत की बाखूबी सेवा निभाई है और उनके द्वारा शिक्षा प्राप्त करके आज अनेक ऐसी हस्तियां हैं जिन्होंने बतौर पंजाबी कलाकार, गायक, उच्च पदों पर आसीन होकर पंजाबीयत की सेवा की है। ऐसी महान शख्सीयतों से सम्मान पाकर सः जसप्रीत सिंह करमसर स्वयं को गौरवांतित महूसस कर रहे हैं। सः जसप्रीत सिंह करमसर ने कहा कि वह अपने व्यवसायिक दौरों पर अक्सर संसार के अलग अलग देशों में जाया करते हैं मगर बै्रम्पटन के पंजाबीयों खासकर विश्व पंजाबी संस्था के सदस्यों द्वारा मिले प्यार के चलते यह उनके जीवन का यादगारी दौरा होगा। उन्हांेने बताया कि डा कथूरिया सहित अन्य बुद्धिजीवियों के द्वारा अपने भाषण के दौरान उनकी प्रशंसा करते हुए यहां तक कह दिया कि उनके विचार सुनकर उन्हंे बहुत कुछ सीखने को मिला।
